After we provide you with a free estimate, we will require a 50% deposit, which can be paid through the pay pal link on the contact page. Balance will be due upon delivery or installation of your completed signs.
After a deposit is received we will provide you with one free drawing of your sign. On larger projects, or in the case of logo development and design, where additional drawings or plans are required, their rendering will be billed at $45.00 an hour and may require additional deposits or milestone payments to cover materials or costs incurred.
We also create drawings for submitting to the city planning department as well as research and consult on allowable signage based on the square footage of the property. County fees vary. Research and county-planning liaison as well as plan development are billed at $45.00 an hour.
Installation cost is always an estimate based on our hourly rate of $45.00 an hour, including travel time to and from the location. Although rare, unforeseen difficulties or structural obstructions may result in a higher installation cost than originally estimated.
